First off, I will say this book does offer a lot of information for test taking in general and also some good information on pathologies. BUT when it comes to actual information regarding taking the TMC/RRT clin sim, I would not recommend using this book. There is a lot of information in here that is false when it comes to thinking like the NBRC wants you to think. I am a CRT currently working in a critical hospital setting and got the book to see if it would help me with my clin sim to get my RRT. I do not think this book was written by an RT either nor could I find an author. So if you're just trying to learn some basic pathologies sure get it, but if you're trying to learn things such as associating your ABG results to your ventilator changes, I wouldn't recommend it.

Excellent guide for rhe test
I use this book to help tutor RT students for their registry exams. I like the book because it gives short, concise answers, but is still detailed enough to give a thorough explanation.
